Her path has been shaped by a lived experience of learning to come back into balance, gradually rebuilding trust in her body and inner steadiness through embodiment, sound, and presence-based practices.

Alongside her work in sound and facilitation, Paula brings a background that bridges holistic practice with structured digital and corporate environments. Her experience includes website creation, digital project management, and online communication and advertising, allowing her to support both the creative and operational sides of a project.

This combination allows her to hold both the intuitive and the practical: creating spaces and experiences that feel spacious, attuned, and deeply human, while also being clear, organised, and supported in a grounded and functional way. Whether working in the retreat world, or helping shape the digital presence of a project, she brings structure, clarity, and ease into the process.

She offers sound journeys and mantra sessions, and offers retreat support for facilitators and wellness spaces, where she brings presence, communication, and practical support to the overall experience.
